If the owner of the vehicle can be identified and is a Bishops Ridge Owner/Renter or immediate relative/significant other of an Owner/Renter then the following steps shall be taken:

• The owner shall be notified via all means available, phone, email, and mail as well as notice on the car that they are in violation.

• Written communications shall contain verbatim copies of the relevant sections of the Bishops Ridge covenants that have been broken and the following steps that will be taken below.

• After 7 calendar days from first notice of violation another attempt will be made via all means available to notify the owner of the vehicle that they are in violation.

• After 7 more calendar days, 14 days in total from first notice, daily fines shall be levied (amount to be determined in discussion).

If the owner of the vehicle cannot be identified or the owner does not fall within the above qualifications, then the following steps shall be taken:

• The Board will call CMPD to identify the car and it will be towed in due process.
