Hours:

Hours are from 8 am to 9 pm; no one is allowed in the area outside of those hours. Please report any suspicious behavior to the police.

Use of the Tennis Court:

• No unruly behavior, illegal substances, bad language, running or horseplay permitted.

• Keep gates completely closed and locked at all times.

• Any guests must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.

• Athletic shoes only.

• Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates or any similar items may not be ridden or used on the tennis courts.

• Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult resident at all times. The adult is responsible for the children's safety and ensuring they follow all rules.

• No rocks, debris, trash, cigarettes or ashes of any kind are allowed in the tennis court area.

• No PETS of any kind are allowed in the tennis court area.

• No spitting in the tennis court area.

• Only audio devices with headsets are permitted.

• Failure to observe rules may result in loss of tennis court privileges.
