Additional Details:
On the day prior to your event you will meet with a clubhouse committee member to complete a checklist to verify the condition of the facility. Both you and the representative will agree and sign this document. This will be your contract for use of the clubhouse. You will receive the key at this time. On the day after your event you will again meet and go over the same checklist. This will establish the refundability of your security deposit and/or any additional actions needed. You will return the key at this time.
The maximum number of persons permitted in the clubhouse is forty seven (47). This is determined by fire safety regulation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the clubhouse and on the pool deck.
Use of the clubhouse does NOT include exclusive use of the pool and deck area. Remember to be respectful of other residents who may be using the pool or deck at the time of your event.
No glass items of any kind are allowed in the pool area. Health Department regulations require the pool to be shut down if glass is found in the pool area. In the event of a violation, the resident will be responsible for the cost of the cleanup, draining and refilling the pool, and subsequent health inspection. Read more on the Pool Policy here.
Evening functions must be concluded by 11:00 PM. Loud noise and/or music that can be heard by neighbors is prohibited.
Fires are NOT permitted in the fireplace.
Wet bathing attire, wet towels are not permitted in the clubhouse.
Additional folding chairs, tables, broom and mop are in the storage room just off the lobby.
